Before social media empowered artists to promote their own work, Seghi’s paintings attracted media attention on their own. Covered in local news media in St. Louis, he continued to receive favorable recognition after moving to Florida in outlets around the state. Eventually, as his work appeared in galleries and shows across the country, he garnered reviews in other major cities.
